Childcare Program
Paychex offers a company-wide childcare program that recognizes our employees' need to balance work and home life. We have partnered with two national providers of quality childcare: La Petite Academy® and KinderCare®. Both organizations provide Paychex employees with a 10 percent discount on childcare for children ages 2 to 12, along with other benefits. The combination of these two organizations provides childcare coverage to over 78 percent of Paychex locations nationally.
