District Sales Assistant
Specific Responsibilities
- Performing general administrative support duties.
- Creating and developing forms and documents.
- Providing customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Updating and distributing departmental reports.
- Typing, copying, answering telephone, coordinating schedules.
Position Requirements
High school diploma is required with one to two years of administrative support experience in a professional office setting. Strong PC skills are a must, including Microsoft® Word and Excel®. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Sales Management
Specific Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of career development activities including shadowing and supervisory responsibilities.
- Achieving corporate objectives by increasing revenue and client base within a geographic area through the implementation of specifically approved sales and marketing programs.
- Assisting with the recruitment, selection, and development of sales staff.
- Monitoring attainment versus forecast and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Managing line by line items of corporate assigned budgets.
- Cultivating and developing through the sales staff a referral network among the certified public accountants, community, enrolled-agents, and bookkeepers.
- Ensuring accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing, with three to five years of experience in sales or marketing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be willing to relocate as dictated by career development.

Sales Representative
Specific Responsibilities
- Selling Paychex payroll or human resource products and services to business owners, and developing new client relationships.
- Attaining technical, competitive, sales skills.
- Meeting or exceeding corporate-assigned sales quotas.
- Developing a referral network to help increase the client base.
- Meeting ongoing customer service requirements as needed.
- Completing and submitting accurate expense reports and weekly activity reports on a timely basis.
- Projecting a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community.
Position Requirements
Associate's degree in Business or a related field is required, with two to four years of relevant sales or marketing experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate must have documented sales success and excellent communication skills. Candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
