Employee Wellness Program
WellPower is a confidential health and wellness program designed to help Paychex employees assess their current health status, and reach their personal health and wellness goals. Paychex covers 100% of the costs to encourage employees to work with their personal wellness coordinator and build individualized wellness plans.
WellPower offers several personalized tools to help Paychex employees determine their current health status and start on the path to wellness.
This is a confidential screening that includes cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure checks.
The HA asks questions regarding family health history, daily activity, nutritional habits, and exercise regimes. Following completion of this questionnaire, the employee will receive a confidential health status report. Adult family members may also complete an HA.
Employees and their eligible family members will be able to confidentially consult with a PWC, who helps them research health topics and design personalized wellness programs. Those programs may include exercise and fitness, nutrition and weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, and stress management.
Paychex participants who complete an HA and work with the PWC to complete a wellness plan may be eligible for a $50 wellness reimbursement that is applied to an element of the plan.
