Paychex Increases Quarterly Dividend by Nearly 11%

ROCHESTER, N.Y. ‑ Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of human capital management solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, today announced that its board of directors approved a $.06 increase in the company’s regular quarterly dividend, an increase of approximately 11 percent. The dividend will increase from $.56 per share to $.62 per share and is payable May 30, 2019 to shareholders of record May 15, 2019.

Laura Saxby Lynch
