Adam Ante
Senior Vice President, HCM and Member of the Executive Committee
Adam Ante joined Paychex as part of Paychex’s acquisition of Paycor in April 2025 and currently serves as senior vice president of HCM. In this role, he leads the integrated HCM go-to-market strategy for all of Paychex, including the SurePayroll, Paychex Flex®, and Paycor® brands.
As the former Paycor CFO, Ante focused on building a performance-driven organization that enabled decision-making and could scale to meet ambitious goals. Prior to joining Paycor, Ante held various leadership roles with Vantiv.
Ante holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. Ante spent eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve and is an active board member of United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Regional Chamber.
