We use Paychex Flex to process payroll for clergy, part time employees and full time, salaried staff. With the assistance of the supportive staff, the Paychex Flex product allows us to process payroll for various types of employees, including the complexities that come with paying clergy and housing allowances. I am responsible for all aspects of onboarding new staff and Paychex Flex has been in instrumental part of making the onboarding process more efficient.
