Chad Parodi
Senior Vice President, HR & Benefits Services and Member of the Executive Committee
Chad Parodi joined Paychex in 2024 and currently serves as senior vice president of HR and benefits services, with executive oversight of the company’s HR Solutions, PEO, and Insurance organizations. In this capacity, he leads the advancement of an integrated growth strategy, client experience, operational performance, and long-term strategic direction across these core businesses.
Parodi brings nearly three decades of executive leadership experience, with a distinguished record of managing profit-and-loss responsibility and delivering sustained growth in revenue, profitability, and enterprise value. Before joining Paychex, he served as CEO of ClearStar, a global, technology-enabled provider of human capital screening solutions. Prior to ClearStar, he served as CEO of XMI, a professional employer organization and outsourced accounting firm. Earlier in his career, Parodi led sales and marketing organizations within publicly traded and private equity-backed companies.
Parodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and is based in Atlanta. He previously devoted a decade to coaching youth sports and currently serves on the board of directors for NAPEO.
