Chad Parodi

Chad Parodi joined Paychex in 2024 and serves as the company’s vice president and managing director of PEO and the Paychex Insurance Agency. In this role, he is focused on revenue growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and advancing the strategic vision of those lines of business.

Parodi has nearly three decades of experience in managing P&L’s and growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value. Most recently, he served as CEO of ClearStar, a global, technology-enabled firm providing human capital screening solutions. Prior to his time at ClearStar, he served as CEO of XMI, a PEO and outsourced accounting firm.

Parodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and is based in Atlanta.
