As director of corporate communications for Paychex, Laura Saxby Lynch leads a six-member team responsible for external communications, including media and public relations programs, as well as employee communications.

With a decade of experience at Paychex, her communications career spans nearly 25 years and a variety of industries.
Lisa Fleming joined Paychex in 2006 and last year was promoted to the position of public relations manager. As part of her role, Lisa leads the department’s external communications efforts and manages the company’s relationship with its outside PR agency partner, Eric Mower & Associates.
Tracy Volkmann began working at Paychex in July 2014 and currently serves as the public relations program manager. In this role, she is responsible for research PR efforts, as well as all publicity for the company's technology solution, Paychex Flex, and supporting overall goals of the public relations department.
Michael DiLuglio started his Paychex career in 2010 and today serves as the employee and corporate communications coordinator. He enjoys creating news stories that enrich the Paychex employee experience and inform America's businesses.
