*Paychex $125 eGift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions
The Paychex $125 eGift Card Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from June 1, 2025, until August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by Paychex, Inc. (“Paychex”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion will consist of a $125 eGift Card in the form of an electronic Visa gift card (the “eGift Card”) for each Paychex client who: (1) is a current Paychex payroll client and is actively processing payroll with Paychex; (2) receives this special offer; and (3) refers a Qualified Referral (as defined below) to Paychex during the Promotion Period (each, a “Participating Client”).
A “Qualified Referral” is a prospective business client of Paychex that: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from Paychex or any Paychex affiliate; (2) has not been a prospective Paychex payroll client within the 120-day period immediately preceding the date of the referral; (3) has not been a prior Paychex payroll client within the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the referral; (4) is not an affiliate of the Participating Client; and (5) enters into an agreement with Paychex for payroll services, processes its first payroll with Paychex on or before September 30, 2025, and continues to process payroll for ninety (90) consecutive days with Paychex. An affiliate of a client is an entity owning, owned by, or under common ownership with such referring client.
Within a week following the date when a Qualified Referral meets each of the criteria set forth above, the Participating Client will receive an email from Paychex or its third-party vendor with instructions on how to claim the eGift Card for such Qualified Referral. A Participating Client must be actively processing payroll with Paychex in order to receive the Promotion. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is a limited time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period.
