If you’re a Paychex General Ledger client and want to sync your payroll with QuickBooks, first confirm that Paychex has set up your GL for data sync. Next, authorize the synchronization of data between QuickBooks Online and GL.
With Paychex General Ledger Service, you can post payroll entries to your XeroTM accounting package in just seconds. Our integration is fast, easy, and secure thanks to:
- Real-time synchronization from Paychex to Xero.
- Automatic general ledger posting to Xero Tracking Categories, Accounts, Employees, Locations, Projects, and Departments – when your payroll is released.
- Ability to help protect data integrity by easily identifying unlinked categories and quickly sending data from Paychex to Xero.
As a current or new Paychex Flex General Ledger client, first confirm that Paychex has set up your GL for data sync, then authorize the synchronization of data between Xero and GL.

2. Sign in to Indeed if you already have an account or create an account for free.
3. Once you’ve set up your account, you’re ready to post a job. Fill in all the required information.
4. Access the posting on Indeed and update the job posting to a Sponsored Job. This puts your job posting at the top of the search results and Indeed will apply a $200 credit to your account.
