Deb McGuire joined Paychex in 2023 and serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Paychex Insurance Agency. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, she is responsible for leading the Insurance Agency’s sales and operations, partnering with business leaders from across the company to continuously drive customer impact by delivering on the Paychex promise. 

Prior to joining Paychex, she was Co-Founder and Co-CEO of PEAK6 InsurTech, leading the organization’s strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sales growth, and profitability. As a veteran leader, she is passionate about championing change by relentlessly striving to spark innovation and evolve the insurance industry. 

She currently serves as on the board of the University of South Florida Muma College of Business School of Risk Management & Insurance, where she plays a crucial role in shaping future generations of leaders for critical industry roles. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
