Paychex Analytics & Reports provides key workforce insights through three flexible reporting levels that scale with your business. New features include AI-powered custom reporting, enhanced HR Analytics with benchmarking capabilities, cross-account views, and the ability to save favorite reports and visualizations. Make data-driven decisions faster by easily accessing, understanding, and acting on your payroll, HR, and benefits information.
Expanded Capabilities to Analytics & Reporting
AI-Powered Custom Reports
Paychex introduces an enhanced custom reporting platform with AI-supported capabilities, featuring an easy-to-use interface with new templates and custom report options. Clients can access metrics, KPIs, and reports through an intuitive AI interface.
Enhanced Data Access Across Client IDs
Clients with multiple accounts under one FEIN can now view aggregated HR Analytics data across all accounts. Client admins gain flexibility to select specific accounts for reporting across all HR Analytics products, including Compensation Benchmarking.
Save Your Favorite Reports
The redesigned Analytics & Reports experience allows users to save frequently used reports as "Favorites" for faster access. This streamlined categorization system helps users find, view, and manage essential reports more efficiently.
Compensation Benchmarking for New and Future Roles
Users can now research compensation benchmarks for unfilled or non-existent positions. This enhancement allows for exploration of pay data across different positions, industries, and regions for strategic planning.
Automated Super Admin Provisioning
Super Admin access within HR Analytics and the new enhanced custom reporting is now automatically enabled. This eliminates the previous manual step required by client admins or service representatives, saving time during account setup.
Feature Releases
Flock HSA Enhancements
Enhanced HSA capabilities in Flock include per pay period contributions, calendar year tracking, catch-up contribution management, and comprehensive reporting that aligns with Federal guidelines. Additional improvements include new HSA deduction types and enhanced calculation methods for remaining pay periods and IRS maximums.
Tax Center Expansion
The Paychex Flex Tax Center will help proactively address missing information that could impact tax filing, reducing compliance risks and penalties. This release adds bounce back reporting for W2 notifications, SOC code alerts and workflows, and a Quarter End readiness guide to ensure timely submissions for quarterly payroll tax filing.
Hiring API with Background Check
Paychex Flex Hiring now integrates with any background screening vendor in the Paychex Marketplace, expanding beyond PESS by HireRight. This provides clients choice and flexibility in selecting their preferred background screening provider.
Bill Pay, Powered by BILL
For Paychex clients that need an accounts payable application, this new integration offers Paychex clients seamless SSO access to Bill.com for comprehensive accounts payable and spend management capabilities.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
Paychex has streamlined the WOTC process, allowing clients to identify eligible hires, submit applications, and track status all in one centralized location.
Paychex Flex Access for Contractors
Paychex clients can now extend Paychex Flex services to their company contractor workers.
