What You Need to Know About the Changing California Leave Laws

California is significantly expanding the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), which will soon include any employer with five or more employees, beginning on Jan. 1, 2021. Given the complex requirements of the CFRA – and the potential financial risk associated with non-compliance – businesses with California employees need to start working now to ensure compliance with the expanding law, which may include reviewing or revising their leave policies and procedures.

If you’re an employer in the state of California, watch this webinar to:

  • Learn more about the details of the new legislation expanding the CFRA;
  • Review the many California leave laws in place; and
  • Gain clarity on the interplay between intersecting state and federal leave laws and wage replacement programs.
