Paychex ESR Services is the solution you need now. We help define if your business is an applicable large employer, identify who your full-time employees are based on the IRS definition, determine if you need to offer additional benefits coverage, and prepare and file tax forms 1094-C and 1095-C. Paychex can provide you with the help you need to meet the provisions.

But don't wait until December to deal with ESR. You need to complete 12 months or more of complex reporting before next tax season. If you wait too long to act and cannot comply, the penalties start in 2016 at $40,000 for a company with 50 full-time equivalent employees, and they rise significantly with the employee count.
