Janelle Koren

Janelle Koren is currently a Compliance Manager at Paychex, operating out of the West Palm Beach, Florida office. She oversees a dynamic team of leaders, analysts, and coordinators, who provide essential support to multiple business units and product lines. Before joining Paychex in early 2021, she spent 15 years as an attorney, specializing in insurance defense, where she represented employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators. She also served as corporate counsel for a global security company where she managed their national workers’ compensation program. She holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of Central Florida.
