Paychex Named a Top Training Organization Again, Ranking 13th of 125 on the Annual List

In fiscal 2014, Paychex’s Learning and Development Center facility welcomed nearly 11,000 participants in more than 40 instructor-led programs, delivering more than a million hours of training. During the same period, Paychex employees participated in more than 180,000 online training activities and over 190,000 web-based employee training sessions.
The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
