Paychex Named a Top Training Organization Again, Ranking 13th of 125 on the Annual List

Paychex, Inc. has been named to Training magazine’s Top 125 list of outstanding international training organizations for the 14th year in a row. Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, human resource, insurance, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small-to medium-sized businesses, ranked No. 13 on the 2015 list, up from the No. 16 spot in 2014. It marked the company’s highest-ever ranking on Training magazine’s annual list.

In fiscal 2014, Paychex’s Learning and Development Center facility welcomed nearly 11,000 participants in more than 40 instructor-led programs, delivering more than a million hours of training. During the same period, Paychex employees participated in more than 180,000 online training activities and over 190,000 web-based employee training sessions.

The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives. Tracy Volkmann

Tracy Volkmann began working at Paychex in July 2014 and currently serves as the public relations program manager. In this role, she is responsible for research PR efforts, as well as all publicity for the company's technology solution, Paychex Flex, and supporting overall goals of the public relations department. Tracy is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and has a background in collegiate athletic communications, having spent seven years at West Point.
