Returning to Work: Maintaining Workplace Health and Safety

According to a recent Paychex survey*, managing onsite employee health and safety is a top concern for small and mid-sized businesses as they begin to return to work, as is the legal liability surrounding employee health.

If you’re interested in learning best practices for protecting both your employees and your business as you reopen, this webinar is for you. In this presentation, Cepideh Roufougar, Principal at the law firm of Jackson Lewis P.C., and Lisa Swartz, PEO, Risk and Safety Representative at Paychex, discuss:

  • Best practices for easing employee fears about returning to work;
  • Best practices for communicating to your team if an employee tests positive for COVID-19;
  • Employer liability for COVID-19 related issues; and
  • Strategies for mitigating these issues.

*Paychex conducted four separate online surveys of 300 principals of U.S.-based businesses with 2 to 500 employees. Wave 1 was fielded April 17-20; Wave 2, April 24-27; Wave 3, May 1-4, Wave 4, May 15-17. Each survey has a +/-5.66% margin of error.
