Alana Caston

Alana Caston joined Paychex in May of 2022 as the public relations program lead. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing media monitoring, facilitating corporate partnerships in community relations, helping to manage the brand social media community, and supporting the overall goals of the public relations department. She is a graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester where she studied Art History and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Paychex, she worked in recruiting and client relations.
