Paychex Small Business Snapshot: Majority of Small Business Owners are Comfortable Using Technology

Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of payroll, human resource, insurance, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, today released the results of its latest Paychex Small Business Snapshot, which shows owners of recently formed small businesses are comfortable using technology and are taking advantage of time-saving mobility.

Of the more than 250 business owners surveyed, 82 percent reported they feel comfortable with technology. This fact is reinforced in a second data point that reveals small business owners are embracing mobility, spending 74 percent of the time they are online on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Tracy Volkmann

Tracy Volkmann began working at Paychex in July 2014 and currently serves as the public relations program manager.
