What Happens if I Am or Am Not Selected?

Whether or not you’re selected for the current board is no reflection on you. We want the board to have balanced and broad representation of experiences and perspectives (ex: range of firm sizes).

If you’re selected, we will reach out with information on when your first meeting is and how to join the LinkedIn group. If you’re not selected, we’ll hold your application for when we have a future opening on the board.

  • How Much of a Time Commitment Is Required?

How Much of a Time Commitment Is Required?

At minimum, you are asked to actively participate in the three virtual quarterly meetings (approx. 2-3 hours per meeting) and the one in person meeting (approx. 2-3 days over a weekend, with additional time for travel).

In addition, we’d like you to actively participate in informal meetings with the board to discuss ideas and evaluate Paychex product offerings (estimated 10-12 hours a year).

Beyond that, you can participate and be as involved as your schedule and interest allows.
