Glynn Frechette

Glynn Frechette joined Paychex in 2024 and serves as vice president and general manager for the Paychex PEO (professional employer organization). In this role, Frechette is responsible for shaping the strategic direction, implementation and execution of plan, and growth of the Paychex PEO business.

Frechette came to Paychex with 30 years of experience in the PEO, human capital management (HCM), and payments industries. His career includes serving as a senior executive at PSCU, one of the nation’s leading financial institution service organizations to support banks and credit unions. At PSCU, he led multiple national organizations that exceeded revenue and contribution margin targets and instituted strategies that resulted in significant client base expansion. Frechette also has senior executive leadership experience at First Data Corporation, Frontier Development Group, and ADP.

Frechette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, as well as post-graduate Strategic Corporate Growth and Finance/Accounting certificates from MIT, Stanford, The Wharton School, and University of Chicago. He is a board member of Auxilia Incorporated, a for-profit SaaS company serving the nonprofit sector, a member of the Colorado Nonprofit Association, and a mentor at the Denver Rescue Mission, The Denver Language School, and to two CEOs.
